Learning English at ELC Santa Barbara means taking quality English Courses with talented and effective teachers and staff. Classes begin every day at 9:00am and end at 3:20pm, for our Intensive Students. But just because ELC classes are good, doesn’t mean ELC students can’t be creative. At ELC you can learn and have a good time.
