Prepare to take and pass the FCE or CAE Cambridge Exam with ELC. Our exam preparation courses are 30 lessons per week and 9-week and 11-week courses are offered at all three ELC centers. ELC Santa Barbara also offers 10-week, 8-week, and 6-week courses during the summer. Cambridge Exam preparation courses are closed-group English language courses. Students wishing to enroll in an FCE or CAE course must demonstrate a sufficient level of English proficiency by successfully passing a preliminary ELC English language assessment. Students must take and pass a secondary exam during their first week of the course.
